Pacific Bistro brings a new approach to Asian cuisine and offers a variety of tastes to their diners. The menu includes Hibachi (where the chef cooks right in front of you), Sushi, Pan-Asian cuisine along with traditional Thai, Laotian, Vietnamese and Chinese dishes.

Inspired by the colorful world of Asian cuisine and fresh ingredients, the restaurant is dedicated to using only the highest quality fresh vegetables and herbs. Samples of the menu include: a variety of Hibachi and Sushi selections as well as dishes such as: Vietnamese Fresh Rolls, Chicken Lettuce Wrap, Walnut Shrimp, Sesame Seed Crusted Ahi Tuna Salad, Grilled Seabass with Sweet Soy Sauce, Orange Chicken, Tempura Fish Fry-Friday only, and much more.

The bar menu features a variety of wines, beers, sake, and cocktails with house signature drinks such as Lemongrass Cosmo and Pacific Rim Margarita.

Pacific Bistro offers diners a choice to dine in the main dining room, at the sushi bar or full bar, in the hibachi room, a private room or outside dining.
